RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Glamour Girls Cosmetics does not offer refunds.

We gladly accept eligible exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Glamour Girls Cosmetics within 2 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.

No refunds will be issued.
